Well, we are promising to give you the steps, templates, and support to get results. You’re promising yourself to actually do the work.  Those two things together create results.

You’ll get ALL the step by step training, the support, the feedback, the clearings, the sessions, the copy-writing and sessions if you get em… and the community support to reach the goals of each class. But if you don’t come to class, don’t post in the group, don’t engage the clearings when you’re stuck, don’t ask questions, don’t receive the support that will be offered you, (if you don’t do the WORK it takes to create a business) you won’t get results. Participants who follow the steps and do the work get results!

Our LIVE weekly calls happen Thursdays  12pm-1pm PST for the business classes, and your optional Wisdom Mentorship classes happen Tuesdays 12pm – 1pm PST.  Wisdom Classes share the mystery school teachings and clearings that keep us all in the flow of abundance. Many Business Academy students participate in these as well as the Thursday calls. 

The weekly calls are one hour long. In that hour, we enjoy a palpable clearing and alignment exercise in the first 10 minutes, leveraging the incredible power of our group of channels from all over the world. Then there is teaching or coaching on that week’s topic that serves the monthly theme and challenge. Calls are led by Mellissa Seaman or Elyna Paizis, occasionally by a guest teacher who meets a need for the curriculum.

We often have 20-30 or so people on the call on any weekly class, which is hosted on Zoom. People tend to show up live for the calls because honestly they are fun and the clearing leaves us all feeling so much lighter and better!

Our calls and curriculum are aligned with your natural cycles and the seasons through out Wheel of Wisdom map.  So we always have a monthly challenge, an archetype to awaken in ourselves, and a clear goal to accomplish.  In one year, this guides you through upleveling all aspects of your wisdom-based business.

This is a program that helps you grow your business and your income. You are paying to be able to make significantly MORE money. Forever. 

Most high-touch biz coaching programs with a master-mentor are $25,000 a year and up.  We’ve managed to create one for so much less.

This program is designed for wise women who are already in business, looking to grow in the right ways.  For them, we provide money-making strategies, systems, and support designed to leverage the power of your intuitive gifts.

It’s not an ideal program for a brand new biz person. And it’s not a good time to sign up if you are having trouble paying for food and rent. It never is.  That’s a time to get a job, get stable, and start a new biz only when you’re ready.

If you do have the resources to manage the monthly investment, however, and are just feeling scared about spending, scared about showing up, scared about being seen, scared of failing OR scared of succeeding, I feel you!!! We all have those fears.

Our goal is to give you the tools, the training, the support so you never have to wrangle with this worry again.  But YOU have to show up ready to make this shift, with the time, patience, energy and money to lay the right foundations and  make it happen.  We are here to help you along the way!

If you hate the layout or whatever, you have 2 weeks to ask for a refund and leave.  Otherwise, you are committing to four months in the Academy to start.  That’s because it takes a few months to feel the full benefit of the private sessions, the new systems, and create the results you want.  After the first 4 months, you will be assumed to continue month to month, until you let us know you’re downgrading to a lower level, or exiting the program, at least 3 business days before your next monthly fee gets charged .

Most of our students stay in the Academy programs for a year or longer, because the benefits are HUGE, and they get the results they didn’t get in other programs.  Every journey through the monthly subjects is an upgrade in your business, your revenue, and your power.  And this community is so wonderfully supportive, many stay in for years!

This is always a loaded question.  And my answer is… it depends on where you’re coming from.

Were your previous teachers just not able to meet you?  I get that.  I’ve invested in a few courses or teachers who just could NOT understand my deeper way, my intuitive approach, my wisdom work.  I felt unseen, unappreciated, and unmet. And I really couldn’t use their tools and techniques because they just didn’t fit me.  If this was your experience, I can tell you that this experience will be very different, because it is designed for wisdom teachers, healers, and grounded channels.

Did you feel limited by their system? They might have been more of an analytical “follow my system” person. I’m not that. I teach you to create your own unique system to fit your own unique gifts. I show you my systems, and I show you many options for creating your OWN system. 

HOWEVER… if you’ve experienced a long chain of  seeming betrayals and disappointments in other business programs, I’d ask you to  check in and see if it is an old pattern playing out.  If you’ve got old betrayal wounding that tempts you to go looking for a coach to save you, to do the work for you, to tell you exactly what to do at every step… then I will likely disappoint you too.  Because NO coach can do it all for you.  You will be confronted with your gremlins in the process of  building your business.  And that’s to be expected. That’s why we have the Wisdom Collective attached to the Business Mentorship!  

When you sign up for this program, you’ll get to sign our “Sacred Agreement” that lays out who is responsible for what in very clear terms.  We will give you everything you need to get this done.   I will be there personally to coach and guide you every step along the way.  But YOU will still need to show up,  to ask questions, to do your homework, to talk to people, and basically to do your part.  I’m not interested in playing out the betrayal pattern with you.  So please show up here when you’re ready to be self-responsible and do your homework.

Unlike most programs, the Academy includes direct access to the master teacher (Mellissa) along with high-expertise coaching (Elyna) and support people (tons in both programs!).  You’ve probably noticed that in most programs, any coaching you get comes from lightly-trained people who have little experience.  The master coach almost NEVER has their eyes on your work.  

We give you a LOT of high-touch support. Mellissa coaches you on copy anytime in the private forum, and has her eyes on your work to suggest strategy, edits, and brilliant ideas directly to you in your privately shared google doc.  She puts your work into magnetic magic words you can use throughout your marketing and website.  Her downloads, copywriting, and naming brilliance are something that people pay $2K/hour to receive, and you get it included  along with all the rest!
