When it comes to consciously developing intuitive forms genius, including opening our skills to relate directly with spirit and the unseen world, we relegate all that to the realms of religion or metaphysics. We imagine that that is outside the scope of professional leadership development. And then we skitter away from talking about it, because we don’t want to offend anyone or look silly.

I’m trying to help.  That’s why I’ve created the Intuitive Genius system, and the map that goes with it.  I’ve got a leadership development program with retreats that I’ve created for creative professional women to expand into intuitive genius while upgrading their happiness, their connection, and their abundance quotients.  I’m even creating it into a board game, and a book. This system gives us words to describe aspects of leadership that are rarely directly talked about, much less systematically developed.  More importantly, it provides a simple accessible and delicious step by step path for leaders to step into the kind of  power that matters.

It’s been over 20 years since I began studying and practicing with my intuitive teachers and my Native American mentor and mama Maria Yraceburu. It has taken a while for me to find the right words and a system to map a clear path for modern gifted leaders to step into their fullest expression of the four types of intuitive genius.  I’ve been using it with individual VIP clients for several years, with swift miraculous results.  And now I’m finding ways to make it available to more folks, without diluting the experience or effects.

Here’s the thing.  I think this work is critically important to our survival as a species.  We need leaders who are guided, inspired, and wise.  Especially now.  And we don’t have time to waste.

Our modern culture has brought us plenty of advancements, but it has been worshiping at the altar of the analytical mind, and sweeping our natural accessible gifts of embodiment, imagination, deep wisdom, and spiritual creative power into the closet.  Then we’ve set religion at the door as a guard dog, restricting and controlling access to our intrinsic gifts, natural connections, and miraculous powers as humans and leaders.  

With more people talking about intuition, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation, even in the corporate world, it seems the world is waking up to the fact that we need to let our intuitive powers out of the closet.  We need to bring them into business, and put them to work. It’s time to access our genius to solve the very real problems we are facing in the world.

I am not the only one addressing this issue.  But I’m offering something here that I’m proud of.  I’m offering the Intuitive Genius system – programs, training, support and community – for leaders who are ready to upgrade swiftly and easily their profound but intangible gifts of leadership with intuitive genius.

We leaders don’t have to wait for the Muse.  We can call her in.  We don’t have to wait for life to initiate us with more drama, difficulties, and painful changes. We can walk with eyes wide open into the healing passages that free and empower us in these four types of our own intuitive genius. We don’t have to follow a dogmatic one-size-fits-all path, pretending that religion is the only way to connect with the mystery of love that pervades all reality. We can collaborate with the keepers of the ancient ways to create new systems.  We can use ceremony to bridge the worlds.  We can leverage community, nature, and play  to access our own power with ease, fun, and integrity.

We long for leaders who bridge the worlds, who walk with integrity and spirit and wisdom. Welp, they say we are the ones we’ve been waiting for. And I can tell you here’s one system to upgrade your abilities to meet the task right here. Available. Non-dogmatic. Celebratory. Powerful.

None of us experienced perfect life passages growing up. None of us is perfect in all of our areas of genius. We are all growing, layer by layer, upgrading again and again.  All of us need support and community, ways to access our spirits and souls, so that we can step into our own genius at each level with ease and delight, and without all the drama.
