The Lawyer to Psychic Story
How does a Stanford-educated lawyer and Catholic become accidentally psychic? It’s a question I get asked more than any other, especially considering my background in such an analytical and traditional field. I always felt spiritually connected through my Catholic faith, but I couldn’t shake the discomfort with certain aspects of the church, like the misogyny and secrecy. However, it wasn’t until the birth of my daughter, Clarice, that everything changed. Following her birth, I experienced an intuitive awakening that opened me up to the presence of spirit guides and energies. I began receiving real, helpful information, but the process was overwhelming and difficult to understand at first.
What followed was a period of confusion and loss of support from those around me, as my family and friends struggled to understand the shift I was going through. I didn’t see it as bravery – this awakening was simply a reality that arrived uninvited. In the years since, I’ve learned to navigate this new world, creating systems and frameworks to understand and interact with these energies. Though it was a painful and exciting time, it’s a journey that shaped my life in profound ways.
